Lopez on Woodruff: The final episode of Bill Moyers Journal

Tonight, PBS will air the very last episode of Bill Moyers Journal, the end of a more than 30-year run. I was honored when the program contacted me to request permission to use some of my photos on this final broadcast. The show will include an interview with the National Book Award winning author, Barry Lopez, who I visited and photographed in his Oregon home in 2007. In the interview, Lopez will discuss the ideas and influence of the philosopher Paul Woodruff, particularly in the book Reverence: Renewing a Forgotten Virtue. Woodruff is my dear friend and mentor, so I’m really looking forward to watching the interview.

Recorded the show, saw your pic (pics?) live. I’ll watch the interview later. Congrats – the final segment of a 30-year show is an awesome place for your photo to appear.
